Worked a long time to get it to go over , have removed trees that size with both my HD5G and Fiat Allis FD5 - but found the AC 715B and backhoe works great also .
Had one root ball from large cottonwood I removed along side of house , the tree itself had been taken down to ground by tree removal service but left the stump . Dug it out and got it removed from hole with hoe but could not move it to field , Had the farmer hook on front with his D17 and my 715B pushing it and got it to field for him to take care of later - only took around 3 hours work |

thats one heck of a tree CAL... At the end, you dont realize how BIG that root ball is until the dozer gets up close and you see it BALL is half as big as the tractor !!
Undercut is the only way to move something BIGGER than the tractor itself. Edited by steve(ill) - 13 Jan 2022 at 6:49pm |
