Ted, don’t know about making your mouth water, but the one thing my wife and I really miss by moving to Texas, is the Friday nite fish fry.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

The prediction for today in Midland TX was 80 deg., not sure if it got there. At 2:30p it was 74, and windy, most cloudy. Had put a long-sleeve shirt on over my t-shirt.

Winds hit 83 MPH around here, with tornadoes too.  Had an  empty fuel oil barrel blow about 50 yards into the bean field...  I only lost three trees, that were dead anyway.  Saved me the trouble of felling them.  I sliced up the good one for firewood and used my green tractor to drag the cedars to the burn pile.

I'm guessing you left the green one in the burn pile with the cedars.

Yes, it is and always will be a mainstay on Fridays in the state.  It's too bad though, we're losing a LOT of our Supper Clubs because no one wants to work.  They can't find help and the Covid CRAP is making a lot of them close because of the half seating and other govt. BS.

Did you notice the time stamp on my pic Lars?  7:41 in the evening!!!!!  UNBELIEVABLE for the middle of December!!
