Different decals and the 720 came with 3 point hitch, pto. Also a complete line of new implements were made for it.

620 has 3 point and pto as well. Basically the same tractor with different decals.

The only difference I see in 620 vs the 720 is the decals myself. Drivetrain, attachments and sheetmetal all look the same to me. The 616 is a little different as far as the electrical end of it, and the engine. (CCKA vs CCKB) But I think for the most part, the running gear is also the same as its cousins....

720 generally had the heavier duty front axle although some early ones still had the lighter duty axle. Can tell the difference by the bigger "hats" on the spindles.

From what I understand, you could get the heavier from axle with the 620 as well. Not sure how accurate that is, but that's what I was told years back when I first started getting into them. Steve@B&B
