Yields were lighter than usual, but weather was better than usual.

Great pictures, could have been an AC ad back in the day!

I started harvesting on Thursday July 2, elevator was closed for Independence Day on Friday the third and Sat**day the fourth, so all I could do was fill everything I had and be ready to haul it in on Monday.

I like the pictures of your wheat harvest, but could you give us the history of the shed that you rebuilt. Saving the framework must have been a major undertaking.

Great photos to view during early winter - Thanks for sharing. Awesome lineup too. I'm going to take a stab at guessing all your AC equipment.
AC One-Ninety XT III,
AC 1978 Gleaner K2 corn/soybean special GM250 gas 10'wobble flex header,
AC 1010 gear w/ Killbros 350 box 20" extensions, and extending hitch!
AC 505 (2) gears w/ Killbros 300 box with wood extensions or tarp frame.
AC 405 gear w/ galvanized yetter? box,
AC 505 gear w/ Huskee? box.
How'd I do?
The K2 does an excellent job. Your grain is very clean-great job setting it. Hope your testweight was good & didn't get docked too hard. My 2020 wheat tested around 56-57. Local elevators docks testweight if its under 58(57tw= -0.40/bushel, 56tw= -0.70/bushel).

The old grainery (circa Civil War) was getting to the point to where it was either going to need to be taken down or repaired. Mom made the decision to repair. A local Amish crew did all the work. Put 2x lumber on the outsides of existing to strengthen and give good place to secure steel.

Everything looks great, thanks for the pictures.
One question: how did you get those wagons backed into the shed so neatly and so close together?

That is precision backing! One at a time I'm sure.

Earlier this year a friend of mine made fun of me when I told him I couldn't back up two 4-wheel wagons hooked together. One at a time is hard enough. Should have offered to let him try.

The only way I could ever get it done, was by using a tractor to get a wagon into the shed, then using the skid loader to put them where I wanted them.

Isn't the tractor with all the wagons and the combine a 220?

Tractor is a 220, combine is correct, but with 12' head, the wagon gears sound right but the galvanized one is American Standard. Good eyes!

I thought someone would notice that!  I'm nowhere that good at backing wagons. Those were parked using my skid loader.

Those old buildings look pretty nice with new siding on them. As long as the foundation and frame is good to start with. Some of them you are limited to what fits inside them, but it always seem like a person has a enough small stuff you would like to store inside and out of sight.
