I have a 180 Allis with gas engine. Throttle is hard to move any way to fix this.

Ours has a "friction disc" on the linkage on RH side under fuel tank, maybe back the nut off a little ?

Follow the linkage and spray lube on all wear points ,, there should be a place under the fuel tank to adjust the linkage too
