are these wheel centers from ac, they have a 2 inch offset, and also i hope these are the correct weights for these centers? thanks

yes these are AC wheels and those are an allis chalmers weight also. They may not be the weight made at the time of an 8000 series.  But they will work well!  Working at an agco dealer I see these wheels alot on the 8070's.
