(Referring to just the sections not the non clog double cut system) I was looking to rebuild the sickle on the grain platform for my k and was trying to see what would last the longest and cut the best I looked at some tiger jaw sections that should had and didn’t know if anyone was running them or did like them or any other sickle sectionsMostly cutting small grain with it wheat and cereal rye and some sorghum

My opinion, they suck! Changing over to three inch cut this season. This is for soybeans.

You can't just bolt on tiger-jaw sections to an old sickle strap. You must change the sickle register 1 1/2" so it can work and not clog.

SCH is the way to go. Not saying they are the best, but they can be had anywhere and everywhere. Go with the SCH and you won't be sorry.

We have run sch and tiger jaw. I prefer the sch. It seems to be more durable.

I rarely break a section with SCH but the tiger jaws it was a daily event... but that was on soybeans where you are cutting close to the ground and I have stones.
