Gents,
I purchased a "complete" engine gasket set for my '41 C and I could use a little help identifying a few items, see image below. Note, kit says it covers B, C, CA, & RC. My guesses: A - Front crank seal for the earliest CE engines B - Front crank seal for the in-between CE engines (1.935" OD) C - ??? Looks similar to a D series front crank seal (2.004 " OD) D - Thermostat to housing gasket (have to force it on and seems too thin though... distributor base gasket?) Front crank seal and thermostat to housing gasket are all I'm missing, so this may just be wishful thinking... Any help is appreciated! Thank you, Ben |

The "A" gasket looks to me to be a sediment bowl gasket.
B & C do look like different front crankshaft seals. C is as you are guessing, most likely the distributor base gasket. The Part number for thermostat to housing gasket is 70219735

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |
