    Posted: 03 Aug 2010 at 9:30pm
I need to know what the bearing numbers, and the seal numbers are for the outer top drive shaft in the rearend of a WC. Went to take the wheel off and heard it roaring and knew something was bad. Got the lower bull gear off and the ball bearings from the top fell out on the ground. Got the brake loosened up popped the shaft out and the inner seal in the brake housing was toast also. If anyone could save me the trouble of taking the other side apart to try to find bearing numbers it would help alot.
Thanks!!

I had no luck finding an aftermarket seal for my unstyled but I limited my search to a half tank of gasoline.  I ordered it from AGCO, part #70202602.  The new one doesn't look like the old one, lots thinner but works.  As for the bearing, if you are talking about the big ball bearing the original is a New Departure 1309.  New Departure is long gone but any bearing place can cross it, expect $100 for it.  There is an AGCO dealer or so that still have one.  I found one on the internet, new old stock, don't really think I needed it but since I bought it its on now.  That bearing is sheilded on one side, a 40 degree angular contact, 45mm X 100mm.  If you have no luck let me know, I will send you the one I took out, I believe its good, just needs to be cleaned as its sit around in the shop since removal.
