Don’t know if there is a plug that goes there or a cap or another linkage for the traction buster but hydraulic oil runs out of it can anyone help

a core plug is used there no. 70229579 agco part no.

In your opinion I have a split on the return line should a guy braze it , silver solder it , or JB weld it
