I'm about ready to order a new steering wheel . Just wondering if I should change out these shaft support bushing ? Anyone done it before ? Thanks

Steering wheel and shaft support bushing should ship tomorrow . Guess I'll have part number then . Thanks

Steering wheel and bushing came this morning . Bushing # 70228255 . Guess if I loosen the steering shaft u-joint I can access the bushing ? Sound right ? Thanks

What bushing are you changing? The one up at the top at the steering wheel or the one down below where the shaft runs alongside the left frame rail in that little block? Just wondering...Rick
