Does anyone know where to get a high torque starter for wd,wc wd45. Or have one to sell.

The first thing to try is to find one for a WD45 Diesel. John Brillman has told me he will make one for whatever nose cone you have from a Nippondenso starter. www.brillman.com

HI Torque IMI performance out of California is where I got mine. Little pricey but works well.
