Any advice guys on what to do... it is a Farmall F20. Do I put a couple pumps of engine oil in the spark plug holes?

Shoot about 6-8 shots of auto trans fluid in each spark plug hole. Valves may be stuck. Remove valve cover and spray valve stems through the valve spring coils with PB Blaster or your favorite penetrating oil to get valves moving. Leave plugs out and turn engine over by hand and watch that all valves move full travel. Spray with more PB Blaster and repeat.
Once you get it running set valve clearances at .014" Hot.
