What weight of oil do you WD owners us in your tractors?  I live in Northern Minnesota.  How about using regular 10W - 30 oil winter and summer?  I don't use my tractor hard.  I move bales for 2 horses.  A few hours of mowing the pastures with a brush hog.  Moving some firewood.  Moving snow.  It doesn't smoke or use a drop of oil now and I want to keep it that way..     Thanks for any info guys...

We have a WD in Omaha, Nebraska.  Most use is pushing snow.  We run 10W30 all year round.

The old way was to use:

10 weight below 0
20 weight between 0 and 32
30 weight above 32.

Now 10w-30 covers it.

We use Valvoline 10w-30 all year in all are Allis Chalmers.

Same oil in the air cleaner as the crankcase. 10W30 is better than any oil they had when that tractor was new.
