Brought it home 3 or 4 years ago, talked to someone and figured out how to get it in first gear, was back and forth all over then but parked it and that's where it sat until now. Want to change oil but can't figure out how to get it up in to reverse. Service manual is coming due to other "fun stuff" I have to do to it. I've twisted, pulled, pushed, and even gave it a thorough cussing to no avail. Right steering clutch is out so I'm down to circles with no reverse.

J W if you have pulled and lifted the shifter you have may have got it out of the selector gate if so you will have to take the top cover off and refit,or as i said before the shifter lock wont disengage.

I got it over in to 3rd and 4th, don't know the exact combination, call it blind poop house luck or something like that. Was very tight getting it on over in to reverse and second so I imagine sitting didn't do it any favors. Paddling across the yard in 4th was quite something but we are on the road now to getting better.
