I noticed the valve cover on my 8030 has RCS 3-11-83 scratched in it. Is this by chance the initials of the assembly worker who installed the cover? What else could it stand for?

I've seen a 185 or 200 (don't remember which) with a date and initials written with a paint stick. I should look at my 200.
