D 15 tach drive

   I want to put a tach in my d 15 but it seems the nut on the back of the distributor housing wont come off.  It prolly did not come with one from the big orange so is this just a casting or does it come off? I have put a big wrench and a lot of torque on it with no luck. Do I need a different distr. housing? What am I missing? Thanks
