A riding lawn mower/garden tractor with a 60 in deck and 20 hp is gonna cost way more than that used.  I gave 3 grand for a used Simplicity Legacy with 23hp and 60 inch cut last winter and it was a decent deal.  If you can use it in your operation and it looks and works good its not out of line at all.    Good luck

$1500 sound about right. I paid $1100 for mine with a 72" L-306 and I have had  zero complaints...

I paid $1800 for a New L-306 did not include the tractor. on a C its a very good mowing tractor.  $1500 with the mower it a good deal. If your looking for a brussh mower look some where else.

If your mowing pastures with 2 foot grasses I would go with a sickle bar mower. Buy the C and you can get a sickle bar mower for around 200-400 bucks for it. Just put a wanted ad on here and you should be able to find one.

1500 is a good price with that mower. But as the others have said you won't like it for tall grass. the belt will stretch and burn thru and that is $125 but for normal lawn that is a great outfit

A note about the belts, I was able to get 2 from Napa for less that $100.00... delivered! I still have the second one and I put the first one on 5 years ago...
