Hi Steve
in case you were interested trackweld in nz can still get HD11 segments in from Italy; and also some other Allis track gear. AusHD6; warren Lucas; got some chains, grousers and rollers from them, sent over to oz last year. I got a set of HD11ep segments from him last year. was 1k of our pacific pesos; so that's a lot less in Au $ |

Hope you don't mind Steve, but this thread seems like a good place to ask this question:
Are these sprockets "bad". Seller says they need replacing. What do y'all think? Edited by Ferdinand - 13 Jul 2016 at 4:16pm |

Not sharp at the tip so I don't think so. Would sooner say bushing have may be bad if having issues with track. But hard to get a picture of that, easier to feel how out off round with your hand.

I agree with Ray they have plenty of life left in them, and looking at the welds on the spokes they appear to have been fitted not long ago

Sprocket teeth appear in better condition than my 7G with the same pitch rail, nothing wrong with those as mine are within dimensions of operation.

My old rails are sloppy, lots of bushing/pin wear so have become snakey and will try to roll off when in a side load. Just need to be careful of them and keep them snugged up in tension for now.
