6080 and 8050 questions

   2 questons.  1.  I have a 6080 that got some hot wires, white wires off key switch one goes to white wire that says test wire on instument panal.  Also melted diod that is in that white wire series, currently have no power to tach, fuel gauge, instument panal.  What would cause this?  I replaced key switch and circuit breaker on switch.  What size diod is it?  Fried so cannot read it very good, Agco not much help.   If you have knowlege I thank you in advance.

2.  What is the trick to keeping the front end of my MFD 8050 tight.  It is an early modle that has just a bolt with bushing on the stearing cylinder.  Replaced it a year ago and was tight, now wobbles again going down the road.  What is the trick to keeping it tight?  Any help appreciated.
