All the lines are hooked up does not work. With the engine running and the pto in the engaged position you can free spin the pto. Any ideas on what to look for? Also the tractor slips on the low side any idea what that will cost to fix? Thanks in advance

Look behind the battery box down low where the clutch pedal pivot shaft is located. You'll find a short lever for the PTO disconnect. Rotate this lever counterclockwise while someone gently turns the PTO shaft at the back. Rotate until it clicks into full engagement.
