i have a B10 with the briggs  when it gets hot it seems the carb only runs wide open, how to adjust the carb to slow it down when hot ?  when cold i can  adjust  the running of the motor. 
Play on 38 B 49 WF , working on D14, D15 B10, Bee 12 B110. use 185 and 190

sounds like you have the govenor linkage binding up or the carb or manifold is sucking air real bad
