Fork Truck Manual or info

   I have a FC70-24 fork truck made by Allis Chalmers.   I am looking for a owners manual so I can maintain the truck properly.  There is a dipstick on the clutch bell housing that I have no clue what goes in it and there isn't anything registering on the dipstick.

So looking for a manual as well as if you can tell me what goes in this particular location?
