Awhile ago I made a post on a $1,888 WD45 radiator repair.  After my friend complained, he received a credit for $1,388 from the dealership.  The repairs were still costly but much less than the original bombshell.  Looking back, he should have just bought a new one but "live and learn".  Just thought you might be interested in the outcome.  Thanks.

Glad that he got something back.......
It was both their faults.....his for not asking the cost and theirs for gouging.
Yep, could have bought a new one for less.  Lesson learned....

hmm....'credit', so dealer still has his money ? I'd rather have MY cash back...

but as long as he's happy, and the tractor runs, thta's all that really matters.

He had not paid the bill so the dealership will get the $500 only.

I thought they modified the tank and the top hose would not fit ?
Like them all, but love the "B"s.

After getting the repaired he slightly "buggered" the hood to make it fit over the water temperature gauge that was in the wrong place.  Not the best but he is O.K. with it.
