Going west on I-70 today and came across two MF and what looked like a MF or A series Gleaner with FENDT in green letters down the side. Is there a dealership for these in the US or was it headed elsewhere? Just seems a company that can rebadge combines could do the same for tractors.  TobeMo.

Don't you think it'd cost more to paint a Gleaner Fendt green than and AGCO tractor orange?   Probably a lot more.  I guess they can use all that spare money their saving from dropping AGCO orange to broaden their Fendt line.

I drove through the Hesston, Ks plant storage yard a couple years ago and there were a lot of Fendt big balers there, along with Hesston, Cat and MF.  I suspect they ship them to Europe or S. America.  Probably easier to truck a combine then put it on a train.  I would think they would just ship components to whatever country and assemble them there but hey, AGCO isn't known for making wise decisions!
