I've got two here, both allow for PTO to be used.One on a D-14, the other on the shelf.
There's another version for non-PTO driven implements.

How did that adaptor for the D series tractors differ from the one for the WD45 and WD? Could you post pictures of your adaptor, Jay? Thanks, Dave

There are a few styles out there. Some attach to the equipment and stay with it. You can use these styles with pto if you get a top link bracket for your tractor.
