We recently bought a F2 from a neighbor that had sat in a shed for several years. It cranked right up, really just bought it for parts and for the good black cornhead, will the motor in it fit right in a 6080? The motor is tight only shows 1000 hrs, but machine is in worse condition than our current F2, would like ot buy a 6080 if the motors interchange. Thanks.

It will take some changing to get it to fit the front mounting plate and timing cover because the hy. pump mounts to the front mounting plate the back plate I think might need to be changed injection pump you would have to run a wire from the key switch because the combine has an electric shut off Niel
