Are a D17 and WD45 block interchangeable.Can I put a WD45 crank and pistons into a D17 block and sleeves?

No. Crankshaft and bearings are different size.

Rods and sleeves will interchange but D17 has larger main journals so the cranks are different even though they are same stroke.

Camshaft journal and bushing sizes are the SAME.
