ED40 Hydraulics.

Just a quick one to ask for your thoughts about my Hydraulics.
The arms go up and down by themselves, but put any weight on, and they wont raise. If I put a lever under the load, and help it up, the arms will then hold the load indefinitely.
I've replaced all the O rings and changed the oil. Any ideas greatly received.
If it seems like a good idea, do it. It's easier to apologise than to get permission.
