filter everything in the system including power director oil and all of the hudraulic remote outlet and inlet lines oil? I know some may feel it's a dumb question but hey...I'm just wanting to know the flow...Thanks, Dana

Captain, I am not sure of the exact flow to and from the filter but the oil is common for both compartments so yes it all get filtered eventualy. There are two filter threads used with a serial number break so make sure you have the serial number or the old filter number when you purchase.

The spin on filter along the side is in the circuit of the power director pump whose function is to supply lube oil to the reduction gear train. It filters only the oil which is drawn into that pump. Eventually it would filter all the oil but it does not filter it on it's way to any other use.  Bill
