we are doing all new bearings on our massey ferguson 520 model 12 footer. i found bearings for around $20 each and it only needs 1 blade. we lucked out  a a member of our church found us the disk for  a real good price, cylinder included tires all good. needs bearings, 1 blade and new hoses to the cylinder. very nice piece of equipment for what we will end up having invested in it. shame, do some shopping around you can get better prices on some of the parts you need.
