Says she's shutting off the internet Jan 1. She's paying for it so I guess its her call. May not be here after Dec 31. We'll see.

yes, you may have to charge the phone battery a little more, cause you are using more time, but it would at least be a connection.

Likely same reason I am considering. I am getting old where do not have the patience once had for stupid people, and there are PLENTY of them on the Net. The large part need to be IN a Net on the way to the asylum. TV in general sucks, Cable sucked, Dish sucked and now wife is right back in same rut but watching thru Smart TV, so no Internet NO connectivity to any of the Shyte.

i'm running my laptop right now off the old lady's.....oooooops.....i mean the loving wifes smart phone, i do have another connector to the web but is alot slower. maybe you can save enough out of the allowance she gives you to pay for the net?

More trips to town! Many businesses have free Wi-Fi. I've used Home Depot,Lowes and McDonald's. Or as some have posted use your phone or like me a tablet. Women do get ideas as they get older about what men can and can't do! But don't dare tell them what to do! I have learned to make quiet suggestions!

TOM... you NEED the NET !!... Tell her about all the RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT you need to do on the HONEY BEES... You need to keep up to speed on the COST of them, CHANGES in breeding, ENVIRONMENTAL concerns, SHIPPING, HANDLING... It just CAN NOT BE DONE without the WIFI !! Then there is the RESEARCH into FLEA MARKETS !!!
