D2200 injector nozzle- ?

   Hi all, I am in the process of rebuilding a D2200 from a 615 loader/backhoe
the injector nozzle's are pretty beat up and I would like to replace them.
however the more I research the part #s --the more confusing it becomes.
the original motor has the newer style injector holders, and my donor motor has the old style ( taller) ,
it seems that  many AC motors  (220--3500/2900MKll/ and the 6000-1100 series motors all used the same holder.  and all use the same style tip.
 the original motor has #4022900 tips, donor has #4020510  with 1 #4007218 tip.
 the only # I can cross ref is the 4007218 which the application guide shows to be for the  early 2800 motor . The application guide I have does not list the 615 backhoe-so the first part #s are not referenced.
can anyone recommend a  source or a replacement nozzle? 
would the nozzle from a 433t motor work? or is the nozzle flow too big , too small.
when I get ready to fire this motor I would much rather have a consistent spray/volume 
across all 4 cylinders 
any help or insight  is greatly appreciated

	433T or 433 TI have a different tip because they are the style that has the copper tube riveted in the cylinder head for them to sit in. I assume yours is non-turbo, so I'd go with a tip that fits a 180 or 185 farm tractor, which is 74007218 (4007218) and set them at 2800 psi popping pressure. Part numbers have changed over the years and 74007218 should be the current number.

	Dr.Allis- thank you for your response. that is the path I was on considering the 2200 and 2800 have the same bore/stroke/volume, and non turbo- it only made sense that the tip flow would be close. not looking for peak efficiency (backhoe will only run 10-20 hrs a year) but I think that consistent spray/flow across 4 cyl is best. any thoughts? I think I can salvage 4 decent ones out of the 8 i have- i acquired an injector test stand but if that is not the case--- any leads or suggestions as to finding new/good used nozzles. again thank you for your response Jeff

	Any reputable diesel injection pump repair station can get them for you. Just give them the AGCO p/n.

	74022900 changed to the thickwall 74007218 same holder as 2800 74020510 changed to the thickwall 74007218 as well same size hole tip... AC changed #'s a bunch using up nozzles and superseding them to the thick wall tips. The 218's were for natural aspirated - the later 044 tips were for 2900's and the 74035509 were the higest flow tips for the 7080 -3750 670I etc -- all will interchange in the holders.
