What would be my best option for upgrading the D21 injectors?
Where would I buy these injectors, do I need bigger fuel lines?

I have no knowledge, but if it was me, I would get in touch with injpumpEd and follow his recommendations.

What are you trying to accomplish ?? How much HP do you have now? and what % of increase are you looking for ??   7080 injector tips are an easy swap for a slight increase in HP and potential injection pump turn-up.  Beyond that, you are looking at custom made.  I've used .020" four hole injector tips with stock lines and never had any issues.

Fair Valley Performance will cut your stock tips larger, tried Schied Diesel and was disappointed, sloppy work.

Depends on how many cc's of fuel you are pushing for larger lines.
