You can wash the dirt off the body but you can’t wash the farmer out of the heart and soul

A 180-185-190-190XT-200 have a 20% drop in speed when in LOW range. HIGH range is always direct drive on all models. A D-17 is a 30% drop. A D-19 is 35% or more. Using the two gears in the front of the intermediate gearset (directly underneath the fuel tank) are the ones that need to be changed to get that close ratio percentage. When using these 20% drop gears, low third is actually faster than high second. The 20% is very close to that of a 1066-1466 Farmall TA.

It all depends on how many pieces you can provide and how many I have to find out of a salvage yard to be able to complete the project.
