Changing out the steering wheel and have a few questions. What color is the steering wheel supposed to be on a 1967 d17 series iv? Cream or white or black? Which cap is supposed to be on it? What size is the nut on it?, I think I'm going to have to split the nut.

Steering wheel should be cream. If the old wheel is junk, a little heat would convince the nut to come loose. The cap would be the late style decal in the center
