I posted a question about this a few years ago but I can't remember the responses and I never did get the problem fixed (had to move on to other projects). Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions for the following problem/symptoms: lift arms go up at normal speed and pump sounds normal with no weight, with weight they go up slow and do not reach the top, watching a pressure gauge while this happens you see the pressure max out about 3300-you hear the pump "kick out" to "holding" pressure and go to between 2000 and 2500 psi. Looks and sounds like everything is right except for the fact it doesn't pick up the load. I have reconditioned the lift cylinder, replaced hose going to lift cylinder, replaced pto shaft seals and am no longer mixing hyd. and gear lube, pulled pump out twice and had friend who used to be an ag imp. mech. but never worked on these pumps go through pump-o-rings-springs etc. he can't find anything wrong, verified with bottom of hyd. resevoir off that all linkage appears to right, set the draw bar(spring, nut, washers, for T.B. ) to IT manual specs., and disassembled the tranport valve-again didn't find anything wrong just cleaned and reassembled. Sorry for the long post, just wanted whoever might have a suggestion to know the history.
Thanks,
Sean
