Was the original D-17 Series IV seat bottom and back solid white or did they have a black strip on the sides, with white in the center?  I see replacements both ways.  KY D-17

D-17 III and IV were never all white/cream on the deluxe seat. The super-deluxe like most all 180's and 190's had were. Black outside and white in the center until the very late D-17 IV and they were all black which was dumb when the sun was out on a summer day.
