I have a 1966 D17 Series IV. The rims are rusted around the valve stem hole. Does anyone know what size the hole needs to be. I am going to repair it and drill a new hole. Thanks

5/8" if I remember correctly. I'll be doing some soon also. I have already used a 5/8" washer, cut to fit and then welded in place. Bob
