I need to replace the oil pressure line to my gauge on my D17 Series I.  The original line looks like maybe 1/16" dia.  The current ones are 1/8".  Will that affect my oil pressure reading?

It will work. But, if you find a oil pressure gauge line "kit" made of plastic line, it will have everything you need and be the smaller size. I'd imagine any good Auto parts stores that sell gauges would have a line kit.

don't use a plastic line....they are short lived....the size of the line will only effect how quick it shows pressure. It could be 1/4 in and not matter.
The parts store sell plastic with the gauge. They have an optional copper line kit. I run the copper inside a fitting rubber vaccum line to protect it form all things it may contact.

DJS tractor parts sells new copper lines 1/16" diameter.  Bend to shape.  Have used them before.  Much better than a plastic line.
