Do these things normally bring that kind of money  when not running?

Somebody had that on here the other night. According to the majority, it is a D-17 wheatland LP gas. It would be VERY rare. Not very many wheatlands were built, even fewer LP gas. I don't know much about them myself, I just read the post about it.
