When raking hay I had to keep putting oil in hydraulic. We took the lift arm housing off but the hose and cylinder appear to be good. Any suggestions. Thanks

Check your transmission dipstick. If it isn't leaking out somewhere, it is probably going in there.

Before going to all the work to remove the lift arm housing, you must verify the missing oil is actually going into the transmission. So, now you need to replace the hose and install new seals in the cylinder and put it back together, hoping that fixes it. If the missing oil isn't going into the transmission, is the Power Director clutch overfull ?? WHAT AGE IS THIS TRACTOR ??? series 3 ?? or older ???

Then, you will be OK fine. ALWAYS replace hose AND hyd cylinder seals while apart.
