D-17 Hydraulic pump

The Series II is stuck in the up position with lots of preasure on it.
No matter what position the lift lever or traction boost lever is in.
The pump has seemed weak and sounds like it was only pumping with two pistons for quit some time and was noisy and slow.

Should work, but I'd fix my own and not buy someone else's potential problem.
