Hey guys I know some of you or all of you know more about a D17 than I do, so got a question took this tractor on a trade and thought with a little work I could resale.
On the right side of thr tractor looking toward the frount is a lever to lock and un lock the brakes just behind it is another lever that I can't figure what it is for I know it is something simple maybe one of you could tell me what its purpose is. I would appreciate your help and like I said this tractor is for sale if someone is interested.

The lever in back on the right side is to lower the hook on the snap coupler bell underneath the tractor to unhitch the implement.  Works best by using your right foot to push it back to lower the hook while you use the hand clutch to creep forward to drive away from the implement after you have unhooked the lift arm latches.   Mike
