Took the head off of a Series 1 D-15 tonight and found a cheap head gasket underneath.  Was not even sealed.  Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get a good replacement.  The one that I took off was just paper with no fire rings around the pistons.  I thought they all had fire rings around the piston tops.

Interesting. Makes me wonder if someone just one out of a sheet of gasket paper. I've never seen a fiber head gasket that didn't metal fire fire rings. I found a head gasket that looked like it was made from a piece of vinyl flooring on a small engine once.
