I am needing to rebuild the pivot pins (2 per side) as they are worn 1/2 way through. Does anybody sell the rebuild kits? I don’t know who made these or what these would be called for a google search. Thanks.

I don't think that is an original Allis-Chalmers 3pt hitch (but what do I know).
Maybe post more pictures of the whole hitch in the hope that someone
will recognize it.

That is not a factory 3 point hitch assembly.  Looks like an aftermarket kit that has already had some additional welding done to it. 
Just take the offending pieces to a local fab shop.  They can make them as good as new.

Very likely a homemade hitch. Those pivots look like the ones used on early WD pin hitch plows.
 A good picture of the complete hitch will help in identifying homemade or ???
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
