D14 PTO issue

   I split my d14 to repair the pto.  The shaft plug fell out and that allowed the hole intermediate shaft to move.  The shaft plug, bearing and cup were damaged.  I am having a hard time sourcing a replacement bearing and cup.  Also I am not sure where to find a plug.
