Pulled the 14 apart to get to hyd cyl. It had the usual hyd. compartment going empty while over filling the diff. Sure enough the ring gear was eating into the hose. I was wondering if a longer hose would let it lay down & stay away from everything ?? Anyone try this?/ Going to the hyd. shop in the morinng thanks keith so va.

My thoughts are a longer hose would make it worse. I'm not familiar with the installation though. It may have been installed incorrectly to start with.

I would suggest you order the right hose, from Agco, and then measure the length. Then post it on the forum, knowledge base, so we all know how long to have them made...

Someone didn't have it "clocked" right when they installed the manifold/transport valve.

When I did 'Troy' , I had local shop( Princess Auto) make the hose WITH a swivel fitting on the 'feed' end not the ram end. THAT made all the difference in the World. I have an officail AGCO hose here, should have returned it .. Custom made hose was 1/2 price of AGCO one... Sure hope you had THREE buckets to catch all the oil... I was wishin I'd had 3....sigh.....

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

It means turned to correct position with no twist. Twisted is what makes it prematurely fail by rubbing something. Don't twist the stripe running down length of hose. HTH Tracy

Sandy Lake has the seals kit with new hose, proper length and end fittings, reasonably priced to boot.
Give Brenda a call as she knows just what you need and ships quick.
