I purchased a new wiring system from Steve at B&B Custom Circuts. Very impressed. Top quality system. I need some help routing the headlight wires. The headlights and wires had been removed from my tractor before I got it.
1- What is the best route for the headlight wire to the front cowl. I purchased the junction block with the harness? 2- What is the best routing for the tail light wires? Thanks inadvance.

To the headlights, wiring runs along the left side of the engine block and secured with 2 clips - a short one at the back (see the picture) and a longer one that rises above the generator mounting bracket. There should also be a clip on the thermostat housing to hold it. From the junction block on the left side, the wire runs across the front of the rad just above the fins to connect to the headlight on the right side.
For the taillight, the wire gets attached to the return hydraulic line on the left side. The clips are NLA, so I just used small zip ties. When you get to the back, one wire goes up the rear brace on the inner left fender. The longer piece goes in front of the seat (should be a clip around there), continues under the toolbox and goes up the rear inner fender support. |
