I picked up a D14 manual a few weeks back and just noticed it had the delivery info filled out at the front.  Thought it may help someone...

The writing is not real clear but I think it says....

Delivered to   Burt Leatherman  RR#2  Bluffton Ohio

Dealer   Lima Farm Equip Store  (he writes this town several times and always hard to read the cursive)

Serial No.  D 14 16601 or maybe 11601
Engine  149-17328 R
Serviced by H Spees  3-19-60    Owner  J B Leatherman (as best I can make out)

I can try to photocopy if someone has the need...
